Job Description
The Department of Finance in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a tenure-track position in Finance. The beginning date for the position is September 2025.
Interested candidates should have a passion for teaching and research in the broadly defined area of Fintech. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Finance and pursue a high-quality research program with the objective of publishing in top-tier journals in the field. Candidates must also demonstrate potential for high-quality teaching. Primary teaching responsibility is in Fintech and finance, at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The teaching load will initially be three courses per year, and junior faculty are given minimal service requirements.

Ideal candidates have a record of publishing in top journals at rank and evidence of highly effective teaching in graduate and/or undergraduate courses.
